With over 32 years of experience as an event and party planner, I’ve built a career around creativity, thoughtful design, and meaningful connection. I’ve also had the joy of blending my love for delicious, wholesome food with a deep passion for nourishing others—body, mind, and soul.
But my true journey has been a personal one—guided by a lifelong love of nature, hiking, and wellness. Over the years, I’ve found myself repeatedly drawn back to the healing power of the outdoors, fresh air, and mindful movement. In navigating my own path toward balance and vitality, I’ve become deeply passionate about helping others do the same. I’m a health food motivator, a travel itinerary guru, and a creative soul who thrives on inspiring others to live fully and well.
